By accessing or using the ViroKeys website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Digital Game Keys
ViroKeys is a marketplace for digital game keys and software licenses. All products sold are digital codes that can be redeemed on their respective platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.).
- Game keys are delivered digitally to your account after successful payment
- Keys are sourced from authorized distributors and publishers
- Regional restrictions may apply to certain products
- Platform requirements must be verified before purchase
Product Availability
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information but cannot guarantee availability at the time of order.
By placing an order through the Service, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes or fees. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, orders may be subject to additional verification, which may delay delivery. You will be notified of any delays via email.
All sales are final once the game key has been revealed or delivered. Please verify product compatibility with your platform and region before purchasing.
The ViroKeys Account Balance is a digital balance feature that allows you to store funds for future purchases on our platform.
- Account balance funds can be added via supported payment methods
- Account balance is non-transferable between accounts
- Account balance funds do not expire
- Refunds may be issued as account credit at our discretion
- Account balance cannot be withdrawn as cash except where required by law
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- The game key is invalid or has already been used
- The game key does not match the product description
- Technical issues preventing key delivery
- Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after key has been revealed
- Failure to verify regional compatibility before purchase
- Failure to verify platform requirements before purchase
- Keys that have been successfully redeemed
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Reselling purchased keys for commercial purposes
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Using automated systems to access the Service
- Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
- Harassing or threatening other users or staff
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance, without refund.
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ViroKeys or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Game titles, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective publishers and developers. ViroKeys is an authorized reseller and does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party platforms (Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, etc.) including their terms of service, account suspensions, or service interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, <TODO: LEGAL ENTITY NAME> (OPERATING AS VIROKEYS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, except where prohibited by law or where EU consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
